I started my fitness journey at 16 years old while playing semi-professional football.
At 6 ft tall and weighing just 68 kg, I quickly realised that talent alone wasn’t enough — I needed strength, structure, and discipline to compete. That experience taught me early on the importance of proper training, smart nutrition, and consistency.
Over the years, I invested heavily in learning:• Effective training methods• Sustainable nutrition strategies• Coaching systems that work in the real world.
What began as a personal goal turned into a passion for helping others.
For over 13 years, I’ve coached clients with different lifestyles, schedules, and fitness levels — from complete beginners to experienced gym-goers who needed structure and accountability.
